OK, OK. In days waiting for 3.0, we would start the development of iCosta Next Generation (iCosta2? iCosta NG? iCosta Reloaded?... Please suggest any better name :-)

Many people were wrong again :-)  and I just make iCosta run on beta 3.

As we guessed, apple changed keyboard codes again. iCosta for 3.0 beta 3 stopped working. Let us see if Apple released beta4 this week to decide whether we should work on beta 3

Added some special codes for Skype only. Hope it is not a common case...

Please note it is still a temporary solution. It simply disabled loading into Skype to avoid abnormal termination. 

 

I am still working on final solution, which would permit iCosta called out inside Skype.

I analyzed something about Skype's DRM. Looks like it obfuscated most of system frameworks' method address after first loading and reloaded dynamic libraries. Hence those direct function calls failed. It is somewhat complex as I expected.

There is an unofficial quickpwn version to do this. Someone on hackint0sh said it works, so I plan to take a taste soon... Will report the result here.

Many program failed on Skype, including iCosta of course.

Bye-bye 1.x. At the time 3.0 becomes beta, I need one for it.

 

iCosta for 1.0.x and 1.1.x would be inactive and maintained as archives only. I think it is not the problem now since most users had upgraded to 2.x.

一直很奇怪，为什么我的iPhone送去修理没有修好拿回来以后后底盖怎么也盖不严了，今天打开一看，有个小小的小螺丝钉正卡在盖子和话筒之间，拿掉重新盖上，严丝合缝的。问题是，这个螺丝是我机器上掉下来的呢，还是修理铺桌子上的？

I think it would be ready tonight if earlier, morrow if later... Depends on many unpredictable things... :-) 

服务器已经完成搬迁，可能部份地区还需要一两天等待当地DNS服务器更新。

服务器也需要做一些硬件调整，预计下周的上半周恢复，以下次公告为准。

Though I found 1.2.3 for iPhoneOS 2.0 still working, I am not sure whether there are hidden traps or not since UIKeyboardLayoutXxxx and UIKeyboardSublayout had been changed since 2.0.

So using this version is safer, I think.

Would be released soon after we pack it into Cydia package.

So we should make a special version for 2.1. Modifications should be easy, but tests should be taken after jailbroken.
