I analyzed something about Skype's DRM. Looks like it obfuscated most of system frameworks' method address after first loading and reloaded dynamic libraries. Hence those direct function calls failed. It is somewhat complex as I expected.

On other side, many people want a non-crashed Skype with iCosta loaded, so I decide to make a temporary solution first. That is same way as saurik did in his MobileSubstrate - Stop loading if current process is Skype. Although we cannot call iCosta out in Skype, at least Skype won't crash.
